I’ve only recently discovered the work of Nagi Noda and I feel like I have been seriously missing out on it all these years. Her bio lists a huge breadth of work in all kinds of mediums and collaborations with everyone from Nike to the White Stripes. She’s also recently started a clothing label with artist Mark Ryden and who knows what may come of the combination of those two creative minds.

And this series that is such a simple idea but is so well executed

I think most of the appeal for me is in the approach. The ideas are all really simple, but then they are taken to the edge of reason and produced with such precision that you start to look at it like it’s a regular occurence. This japanese music video is one of my favourites
